  • Campaign Performance: We do not guarantee specific results or performance for your advertising campaign, and variations in campaign effectiveness do not qualify for a refund.
  • Violation of Terms: Refunds will not be granted if the refund request is associated with a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your advertising campaign before it goes live, please contact our support team. Depending on the stage of campaign setup, a full or partial refund may be considered.

Currency and Exchange Rates

All refunds will be processed in the same currency and amount as the original transaction. is not responsible for any differences in exchange rates or fees associated with currency conversion.

Service Charge Refund

If you are not completely satisfied with our service after our committed time, you can request a 50% refund from our service charge. N:B: We are not refunding any money for Advertising costs that have already been deducted from FB/Google/Twitter/IG/Tiktok etc.
